Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, and now based in Tampa, Florida, Esteban is an integrated marketing strategist with more than 15 years of experience building brands, expanding into new markets, and creating meaningful connections with diverse audiences.

He began his career in advertising at Young & Rubicam Puerto Rico and BBDO Puerto Rico, where he developed campaigns for nationally and internationally recognized brands. He later transitioned into healthcare and nonprofit marketing, bringing the same strategic, audience-centered approach to organizations driven by purpose.

Throughout his career, Esteban has held development and marketing leadership roles with ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg, and Shriners Children's, leading integrated marketing initiatives across the United States, Puerto Rico, Latin America, and other international markets.

He founded Causa Collective to help organizations navigate growth with strategic marketing leadership that is collaborative, practical, and results-driven. Whether partnering with a growing business, a healthcare organization, or a mission-driven nonprofit, Esteban works alongside clients to strengthen their brands, connect with the right audiences, and create lasting impact.
